On June 15, 2026, A set of HDPE production lines from Fullwin Machinery was shipped to Burkina Faso.

This shipment is a repeat order from our long-term and trusted overseas client, covering one set of HDPE straight pipe extrusion line and one HDPE pelletizing line. Tailored to local operating conditions, the equipment features high practicality and operational stability to meet local pipe processing and construction demands.

The customized HDPE straight pipe extrusion line is specially designed for the production of threading pipes. It stably manufactures HDPE threading pipes with specifications of 12mm–25mm in diameter and a standard wall thickness of 1mm, equipped with standard marking lines. The finished pipes feature precise dimensions and excellent toughness, which are widely applied for electric wire threading and circuit protection in residential decoration and infrastructure construction.

The supporting HDPE pelletizing line enables recycling and re-pelletizing of waste HDPE pipes and leftover materials. It realizes raw material recycling, reduces production costs, balances high production efficiency and energy conservation, and effectively improves overall economic benefits.

In addition to the currently shipped equipment, the client has also confirmed a follow-up order for three sets of high-speed corrugated pipe production lines, further deepening long-term cooperation.
